La Villa plein vent offers you its seaside gîte on the theme of "La Bounty". Marine atmosphere, travel and adventure for a comfortable gîte of 38m2. A 2/4-person gîte on the ground floor with a terrace sheltered from the wind by beautiful planters.

On the ground floor:

• large bedroom with 160cm bed, large dressing room. Comforter and pillows (2/pers.)

• shower room with WC (hairdryer)

• fully-equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, electric oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, thighmachine...)

• a living room with a convertible sofa offering a comfortable 160 cm bed.

• Television, free wifi

• Beach games, ping-pong table, books

• Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, barbecue

• Baby equipment: cot, changing mat, baby bathtub

A private terrace, planted with trees and featuring a pretty pergola with garden furniture, lets you enjoy the peace and quiet of the location. You're right by the sea, with direct access to the beach.

Rates per week 2023:

1. Low season: October to April: 350
2. Mid season: May, June, September: 450€
3. High season: July, August €690

• A deposit of 300€ is required

• A deposit of 30% will validate the reservation

• Beds are made up on arrival.

• In the gîte, you'll find all the 1st necessities to get your stay off to a relaxing start... (tea towels, sponges, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, handkerchiefs, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar...)

• A courtesy tray to welcome you

• Bathroom linen provided (1 bath sheet, 1 guest square, 1 towel)

• Private parking (rue de St lô)

• Cleaning fee of €40 compulsory

• Tourist tax applies: 1.14€/pers/night (as of 01/01/2023)
